Premium Retouch
1. Select your desired service and purchase according to the number of images you want edited.
2. After payment, you will receive an email with instructions on filling out the retouch request form and how to send your images.
3. Click the link to the Retouch Request Form in the email and fill it out with your preferences. (Please complete this before sending your original images. If not completed in time, editing will proceed with a basic retouch.)
4. Reply to our email with your original image files attached as a compressed ZIP file. (Please send high-resolution originals. Low-quality files may limit editing results.)
5. The editing process begins on the date we receive your files, and your edits will be delivered via email within 5 business days.
6. For revision requests, please list them in the format: File Name – Requested Changes in your reply email.
7. Revisions will be completed within 5 business days and sent to you via email.
8. Up to 2 free revisions are included.
9. We store your original and edited images for up to 1 month only. Please download and back them up safely. (Re-delivery is not possible after this period.)
10. For any questions, please contact us via email and include your order name and email address in the message.
Please note that refunds are not available once work has begun.
