1. Service Orders
Select your desired service and the number of images to be edited.
Choose the quantity and click submit to go to the payment page.
Once payment is completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to fill out the Retouch Request Form and send your images.
2. Image Submission
Only high-resolution original files are accepted (JPEG, TIFF, or RAW).
Please compress your images into a single ZIP file before sending.
Editing begins on the date we receive your files.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard turnaround: within 3 business days after receiving your files.
Final edited images will be delivered via email.
Urgent delivery may be available upon request (additional fees apply).
4. Revisions
Each order includes up to 2 free revisions.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the edited images.
Requests should follow the format: File Name – Requested Changes.
Additional revisions beyond the free limit may incur extra charges.
5. Image Storage
We store both original and edited files for 1 month only.
After this period, files will be permanently deleted.
Please download and back up your images promptly, as re-delivery is not available after deletion.
Refunds are not available once work has begun.
Work is considered to have started once we receive your original image files via email.
Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds will be issued after this point.
If you are not satisfied with the results, up to 2 free revisions are offered before final delivery.
